Ok i might be disappointed about wave 3 but i was still in a good mode because last Wednesday i was on my way to Target when i passed my local Kmart and seen they were closing so I turned around went to see what they may have there skylander stuff marked down too. Went in seen alot of SSA and SG on the pegs. Everything was marked $3 so i started looking didnt find much, then an associate ask if i needed help finding anything and I said "Only if you have more skylanders somewhere else i can look thru." He laughed and said of course we have alot more in the back and that he would bring them out on the floor for me to look thru. I felt like a kid in a candy store he brought out like 25+ cases of sealed SSA cases. Started going thru them they all looked like they had been there for years, starting combing thru them and i found this

oh and there were a few boomers and wham shells in the mix also that i got best thing was since they were closing i got all of them including the gold flameslinger for $3 each i walked paying under $20 for everything.

for 20 bucks i got 2 darklight crypt adventure pack and 4 boomers cause it was the last day my local big w was open for (it was a closing down sale).

series 1 Gold Flameslinger is a very Rare figure not to mistake it with amazon gold flameslinger which is series 2, i bought the series 1 gold flamslinger for $3.

No Whirlwinds left when I went in this morning (was not going out at Midnight), but I did get Dune Bug, Prism Break, Smolderdash, and Cynder.

How does he appear in the game??

He is normal color, but with a Special title, upgraded stats, level, and coin; He, like any other SkyLander, appears as they do on their box's background.

Does anyone know if more gold fire kraken's are goimg to be given out to employees? Because really there were about 15 that sold on ebay and now...they are gone. Bummer!

Based on the lack of response I'm guessing that nobody knows the answer. ...but I still so confused about the fact less than 15 golden fire kraken's being sold. I was thinking what we saw for sale was the first little wave of them. But now--it has been much longer than I expected. Hmmmm

There are currently 3 on ebay being bid on. The people that received these were asked not to sell them, same with Snowderdash. I guess more people are respecting that or fear the consequences of selling them. As far as I know employees weren't asked to not sell their Prism Breaks last year. What would you like to know about Gold Fire Kraken?

I don't know if Portal Masters Gold Fire Krakens have boosted stats or if he is mistaken but as far as I can tell mine does not. I will try to get a regular Fire Kraken to level 5 to compare stats. Also as a bonus here are Crystal Whirlwinds stats at level 5.

How did you get them????

The Gold Fire Krakens I received have been played previously to my acquiring them, this resulted in what appeared to be boosted stats; other gold fire krakens should come at level 5 with 2100 gold.

Yes and No, They wont fit inside the shelf space, they will sit on the lip on the front if packaged.

You should never feel bad about it.when I started 6 months ago all I had was a trigger snappy I found on the ground out front of GameStop. Then I looked into it and found frito lay gave them out and had a new promo and got those. I didn't even own a skylander game until Christmas when my fiancé bought me the dark edition. We all start somewhere. It's up to you where you go from there. Also I would love to see a pic of your collection!

This is my collection of 29 Skylanders. Not as big as some other people's collections here, but it's a decent amount

holy cow tyranitar77, I'm so jealous of those fright riders and rattle shakes. Ive been trying to find both of those on ebay but theyre so expensive... I really hate being in canada with no frito lay promotion when it comes to these things

Yeah, its unfortunate but no bodys fault. Im going to sell some spare doubles I have in package to make the money to buy them. My legendary trigger happy popped open yesterday while i was moving guys around.. and it kind of bummed me out. Now I dont want any one in package whos not a variant. Unless theyre hard to find like series 1 wham shell. But its only a matter of time before he frees himself too.
