Does anyone have a suggestion of how to get the figures to be recognized in the game again. I have a legendary Night Shift that the base doesn't recognize but the top does. If I put the base on with any other top it won't be found at all but if I put the top on another figure it is found fine. The Night shift use to work. Just stopped all of a sudden, so was thinking maybe it's corrupted or something. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I take it, no one has a solution then. Guess Legendary Night Shift's bottom half is done then.

Thanks for the replies. I have both regular and legendary night shift so not too big of deal. Just didn't know if there was a way to do it like when they get corrupted or if it was actually broken and would have to get it replaced.

I assume you mean how to take ownership of the figure. You are still able to do this, just like in SSA and SG, but it's done a little differently in SSF. If I remember correctly, two of our figures weren't registering, either, and I had to figure out how to do it. I think you hit the "-" button and click on "Manage". I think for swappers, there is a "Top" and "Bottom" option. Just click on the right one, and take ownership of it. Pretty sure that's the process, anyway.

You could try firing up Giants and using the Factory Reset on the Options menu, with the bottom on the Portal, and if that doesn't work, an unused top half attached.

If all else fails call activision OR if within 90 days go to toysrus and exchange it. You could tell them you want to keep the top half cause it has your save on and just exchange the bottom.

Go to TRU, buy a new LNS, take it home, verify that it works, put the broken one in the package along with the card and sticker that you just bought, return it with the receipt and tell them it is broken and you want your money back. Or contact Activision and wait weeks (Maybe months) for a new one.

Thanks guys. Ill give Giants a try and see if I can get it to work. I'm not worried about the stats too much just getting it to work again. My kids have almost all the new and most of the old ones so they don't have a ton of stats on them anyways. They play with one for half a level and then switch it up normally. Since we already have regular night shift I think they played even less with the legendary one. I was just thinking about returning it, but if I can fix it on giants I'll give it a try first.

The giants game didn't help. It gives a error that this guy doesn't work in giants message so unable to do the reset. I guess I will check my local toyrus and see if they have any in stock. Seeing as I got him from there I don't see a problem taking him back there and getting a new one. Beats having to call activision and having to send him back myself.
