Transfering Wii to Wii U [CLOSED]

I am transfering my wii data to wii u. I am doing this soon. Any thing i need to know? I will be reasearching too, so dont worry.

Oddly enough, you may not. You can use the gamepad as the "screen". But I'm not sure if you need to do stuff with the Wii or not. (It's been a year)

Do the wii points that get transferred go to the wii shop channel or eshop?

Wii Shop Channel. Wii Points don't get converted to eShop dollars.

What about mii parade data? Does that get transferred? If not, do they stay on the wii original console?
