RAINBOW ROAD TRACK CONFIRMED. For the 3DS version anyway.

^That's old news. It was first revealed not long after the Rosalina reveal.

Today's daily pic does confirm that Shy Guys will race along the track though, and that it is a similar stage to Port Town Aero Dive from Brawl, in the sense that you land on different points of the track.

This is Dark Lord, the Final Boss from Find Mii. This is most likely a stage and not an assist trophy because the setting is nearly identical to Dark Lords dungeon at the end of Find Mii.

The arenas are supposed to be console exclusive with each one getting areans pertaining to games for that console. Seeing as how that Rainbow Road appears to be the one new to MarioKart 7, I'd say it's gonna be 3DS only.

Yeah, King Dedede has been confirmed as a veteran for the new game. Can't say I'm particularly happy about his inclusion, since he was one of my least favourite characters in Brawl, but oh well. At least he'll still have 'THE BIG GA-*shot*

The only thing that makes me doubt it so far is the fact that Wario had an alt costume in Brawl, yet nobody else did.

At the same time though, we know there will be customisation of some kind. So alt costumes would make sense. Also, Namco Bandai love their alt costumes in fighters.
