Since it seems the personal offers we were getting before Christmas has returned, I thought I'd start a new thread to see what others are getting. This seemed to help to know of any particular items to look for.

So far I've seen mostly random Skylanders and my missing companions (Avril, Batterson, and Tessa). I've also seen Ninjini's House, Trigger Snappy's House, Birthday Bash's house, and Hot Head's house (all of which I already have). I'm hoping for a Swap House so I can finish the timed quest. I would say that the offers seem to be the same ones that I was receiving before (which was before the Swap House was introduced), so maybe new items aren't programmed, but I did see Spy Rise as an offer. So who knows?

I got one Batterson and Spy Rise for 50% off today.

I got one for crushers house, and bought the rock.

I got an offer of 50% off a tech shrine and the offer of 300 gems plus 10 wish stones for 1.99 cdn. My daughter got an offer of 50% off Tessa and an undead shrine.

I think for companions and skylanders the game only offers what you don't have, and for houses it will offer all the giants, alts, and sidekicks. I've never seen (including last month) the HQs, dragon lair, dark house, or hall.

Yesterday I got 50% off Tessa and chop chop's hut, today Tessa again and skeleton's hut. All of which I didn't have. Bought the houses, but not Tessa.
Hopefully tomorrow a giant houses on sale...

Does Holiday Wash Buckler have a hut? Is there a hut for all 8 sidekicks, or just the original 4? Do Lucky Boomer and Hoppity Pop Fizz have huts?

No hut for Holiday Wash Buckler...yet. Only sidekick huts are for Trigger Snappy and.. wow just really noticed, Whisper Elf. No huts for LB or HPF yet. Those wont be available I'm guessing until they officially go on sale for the 1500 gems like CFS did back some time ago.


I've only seen Giants houses 25% off and random companions 50% off. I own every skylander and house, so I guess they have to put something there. Would love to see a Dark House or Dragon house go for 50% off! Earlier my wife saw 25% off of Crushers house, but showed Birthday Bash's house instead.

I got an offer for Eye-Brawls house today for 25% off. Which I took!

I got the same offer of 25% off Tree Rex's House yesterday and today, which I already have. Hope they offer me something that I don't already have tomorrow.

Nothing here but houses I already have and shrines I declined at 75% off.

I would buy some shrines but I want to make sure that they get them fixed before spending gems on them. I am deciding if I want to try an save up for Flynn or not, an get him when he is 50% off. I think houses would be a better way to go right now though.

I keep getting an offer for Bouncer's house. The only Bouncer I have is Legendary, so I just put him in a Hall. I keep debating on going ahead and buying it in case I eventually win him in a spin. I have plenty of gold to spin, but I'd been putting it off until after Christmas so we could put in all the Skylanders my son got for Christmas. I'm not sure if we'll be getting any more for a while. He still has a little Christmas money left over that we might buy one of the new Skylanders with. I may start spinning some, soon. The likeliness of the giant houses being on sale, again, though, is probably a bit thin. So it's probably a good idea to go ahead and buy it, even if it sits useless for a while.

I got a gem pack offer and 50% off of Spy Rise today.

Nothing of interest for me so far. Mostly 25% alter ego and giant houses, but I already have them all. Today I have 50% off Wheellock, but all of my Skylanders are currently at level 13 or 14, so I don't see the benefit of being able to get them to 15 that much faster.

50% off Terrabite... kinda tempting, he's cute... lol.

Can someone please tell me if by buying Batterson do I double my chances of getting gems?

I was hoping that when I got Batterson it would double the number of gems I got from visiting, but that hasn't been my experience. I certainly haven't seen any kingdoms where I got more than 3 gems. It's also possible that they've dialed down the probability of finding gems in general, but I certainly didn't see any improvement. Now what do I do with 20k kudos?

I bought Batterson expecting him to double my chances of getting gems, but I'm really not sure if he has or not. Immediately after I bought him, my game became corrupted and I had to take a few weeks off from playing until it was restored. After that, since visiting seemed to have triggered the corrupt save problem, I've been gun-shy about visiting. Not avoiding it completely, but I've only done it a handful of times since instead of the daily I was doing before.

Of those times, one night was a very high gem intake (for visiting), but the other times have seemed the same as before buying him.

I would love to hear if anyone has noticed a greater number of gems with him, as that would encourage me to visit more frequently again. If the code is that you get 1 gem for every X kudos collected, it should increase.

Batterson doesn't increase gems. He doubles the number of kudos from other kingdoms. As for what are you going to do with 20k kudos, that's easy. Save some more until you get to 30k, and then you'll get the opportunity to ask the same question all over again.

Of course, with Batterson and Avril (who also doubles kudos) and 100 friends, you can reach 30k in just eight more days. And they wonder why we can't be bothered visiting anymore...?

I'm guessing these deals will be gone with the next update. Unfortunately, I haven't been interested in 50% off Avril or Batterson and I already have all of the giant houses they keep offering me.

On that note, I got a 50% off Hot Head house offer this morning but then when I cycled through the info sheep screens it changed to 25% off. I found that interesting...

I thought I saw that with my Eye Brawl house that it at first said 50% off then, it switched to 25% off.

I keep getting an offer for 50% off Wheellock - they really want me to buy that guy! I just don't see the benefit of rushing to have everyone maxed out.

He helps from 11 on I think. I got 25% off skeletal Cynders hut. I may take later as I won him in the wishing well last month but don't have a way to get his house.

I wanted her hut when it was first released but I didn't have enough gems at the time. I've got enough gems now so I bought it.
