I thought as long as you spend 100 $ from the release date thru 12/31 then you are fine. I put every figure in layaway on release date and just paid it off, picked them up today. So I would assume I'm fine bc it was well over 100.

The six digit number is an "R" Web ID # which is how they index products on their webpage.

Just saw this today and I have found my two receipts with Skylander purchases on them from black friday one for 12.98 for two giants figures (realized I had never picked up series 2 Drobot or Light Core Hex). The other for 87.86 was all swap force stuff.
My question, does Giants stuff count towards this promotion? and if so is there a way to add a reward # to this receipt (It's on the Swap Force receipt, but when I went back the next day for the giants, I must have forgot to give them my card). I tried to enter my rewards # on-line, but it's saying it's an invalid member # even though it's on the receipt and on my card. It gives you a number to call if you are having problems, but that # goes to a ceasars booking hot line.

On your rewards page got to retro receipt at the top and you can add any deceit that has not been counted to your rewards

The promo specifically says "Swap Force" - therefore I'd assume Giants would not count towards the total. I'd also guess that taxes don't count either since they don't show up in my total under Rewards account.

The information about the Gilly mentions Swap Force specifically. So it doesn't seem like Giants or SSA purchases will go towards it. Also, it mentions that the $100 has to be before taxes:

Make sure you guys keep up with your rewards points....it's actually a bit late now cause having them add points that didn't get added initially can be a pain, but if you kept your receipts and kept up with your Swap Force purchases, you can confirm that they have the records for it on the TRU Rewards site.

I had a few transactions that were not added and had to call a few times to make sure they did add them. The online order for two tackle boxes that I later had to do a price adjustment on because the site didn't give me the sale price at that time were a particular pain. But after many calls I got those points added.

To be honest, if it's just a repaint (meaning not an in-game variant) I don't care for it too much. My kids would want it just cause it looks different but the truth is it will be fun the first day and then it will sit in their case from then on and they will never use it.....like the Glow In The Dark Sonic Boom....they never touched that figure after they got it because it looked the same in game.

If that's the case, I will be trading it or selling it to get some in-game variant they might want....or maybe sell to build credit toward a Wii bundle.

Well I got Swap Force the day wave 2 came out but they didn't put it out yet so I didn't know, so I bought SSF, all if wave one and a day or two later started my search for wave 3 especially Fire Kraken. So I also shot Waaaaaay over the mark... I try not to think about it lol

I remember on Day 1 of Swap Force, I bought over $200 of toys at TRU and I asked about the Gill Grunt deal, they didn't knew what I was talking about... is this US only? And if I'm not a member I guess it's too late for me anyway...

I'm glad I got reminded about this. I've bought everything but the three newest swappers at TRU, so pal so try not to think about it, lol.

IF we are excluding giants but including accessories my total was $158 but I bought some other stuff at Kmart and I bought the game itself at walmart and I bought some swappers buy 2 get 1 free at best buy. I hope they are counting:

1 SKYLANDERS SF ISLAND PLAYSET $ 34.99 because it says "SF" swap force
1 SKYLANDERS SWAP FORCE ADVENTURE CASE $ 17.50

but even without those 2 I count $106 in figures alone. I don't care about the varriant but I don't have gill grunt at all so that would be nice to pick up for my son's collection without having to pay for it.

Can anyone help me, realizing that I was four dollars short, I went online on the 31st and bought two more skylanders, Went onto my rewards page and they didnt credit them to my account until the second, called toys r us, Got someone who had no idea what I was talking about, After asking a couple people she comes back and tells me that the deal is good only for in store purchases, so they wont accept online purchases. Alright on the 2nd I called rewards r us and asked why and when I get my coupon they are supposed to be sending me and she said and I quote " that is the store in your area where the purchases where makes department you will have to go talk with them" in a really rude and disrespectful manner. So I made a trip later that day to my local tru and an employee told me that it will be emailed to me but they don't even have the stock to fill it. Meaning they had no clue what I was talking about and insisted I call rru and speak to the directing manager and so I did the following day and she said it was on the store talk to the manager so I made yet another trip. This time I talked to the manager at the local tru nod she told me that it will be emailed to those who qualify on the 15th and it will be until supplies last first come first serve coupon has to be printed out she said. Just thought I would let you all know.

I swear they better have the stock for me. I will go to Toys r Us the same day I get the coupon and if they dont have the figures I will be calling customer service. Are they usually good about fixing problems like maybe giving a gift certificate if they dont have the figure? Hope it all goes well though

Folks, this is TRU and not Target. Many of you have a bitter taste in your mouth due to Target and the recent swapper release fiasco, but thus far TRU has proven themselves capable during every other SSF release so far. I could see people freaking out if this was a Target promo, but give them the benefit of the doubt.

According to all the information I've seen, it doesn't explicable state that it has to be in store, but it seems to be implying that though. Obviously, you'd be presenting it to an employee when you buy the stuff, so.

I'd probably try calling in directly to TRU as much as possible. Otherwise, I'd imagine they'd probably call you on that one little line. Kinda sucks, but definitely keep trying. Maybe they'll end up sending you guys one anyways!

I'm hoping that this'll be going as smooth as possible. I should just be a matter of stores getting in a few boxes of them, and keeping them until the 31st. Probably after that I would say you may see stores put them out onto shelves with whatever stock is left but I'm not really sure.

It's not going to be put on the shelves it will be given out only if you have a coupon I called customer service for tru today and they said it's not devein going to show up in their system when and if it hits shelves it won't come up for sale she said so it will be only available to those who qualify

And you are right it may end badly but with the exception of the customer service tru has been good about releases and promotion as to date. This isn't target they have not hurt the community yet give them a chance to run things the way they plan. Tru cares about its customers and does everything they can usually to appease the masses

Menace I think you are thinking about the Clear Green Gill Grunt S1 that came with the Xbox 360 bundle in 2012. This is the Giants one that looks more metallic with sparkles on it.
