The trick is to catch Pokèmon on Route 2.

I tend to get one Pokemon I don't want then keep chain trading until I get something I want to keep.

Otherwise I'll send off some Masuda fodder.

how are you getting danm hoenn pokemon. i tried like 20 times last night and nothing. i think it's a good idea breeding them anyway. if bank came out in the USA then i would have a shiny mew in my pc box. anyway, good job on them. happy trading
