Looks the same as the e3 exclusive one. Looks like they placed a LG sticker over where it would say the 2013 e3 licensing show

Sorry when I made my post there was no replies yet. I also just checked LG's website just to make sure and its the same figures that are in the regular battleground pack that comes with the TV. Clever idea though to try and get everyone running to see if its possible. lol

No no no, wait, missunderstanding! These are gamescom/e3 hot dogs with a LG sticker on it and they were obtainable at IFA in Berlin last year. They are NOT part of the pack. The LG Battlegrounds starter pack only works with the TV and the 3 figures are random Skylanders Spyro's Adventure Figures. And yes, someone found a crystal whirlwind in it but most of them are just regular Dino-Rang, Zook or Hex.

On the back of the pack you can see the 3 figures of the original bg starter pack but these are just examples (there aren't even skylanders giants skylanders in the pack).

Im a little confused here.
From what i understood, there is a promotional new packaging for BG on the TV. And instead of Jet vac, cynder, and DT, they have three random single packs in the box. and someone found an exclusive Hot Dog?

Or...?

No, the Hot Dog is from IFA 2013 in Berlin, LG promoted BG there. In the LG BG Starter Pack there are 3 random Spyro's Adventure Figures.
