Yes this has happened to me as well with... S1 (Both arms) Then I lost her and got a new version S1 (Both arms and then my brothers ripped off her head) I got a new version and still have the old one S1 (Her arm but it can be slotted back in for a while but eventually falls out) I actually have a spare that isn't broken but i don't use it S1 (My sister stud on his shield arm) Super glued back on and you can't tell he broke S1 (His tail became loose them my brother hit him and it fell off) Can't super glue back S2 (She fell of the sofa and her head came off) Super glued back on but the glue is wearing off I think that is it.

I have had my SSA figures since the first few months of the game and none of my characters are missing limbs. I keep all of mine in a shoe box though.

That's the reason I don't touch the S:SA figures I've opened.
And that's one of the reasons I avoid opening boxes.

Only two of my figures have broke, and they were absolutely easy to fix. It was LC Hex and Series 2 Zap
Zap hit the ground too hard and his tank fell off, super glued and it look factory new. And Hexes arm just fell out of the socket the day after I got her, and that was superglued.

None of mine has broke...we all use the best practice of only grabbing the base of the figure.

My son is SO rough with his figures and we have never had him break one. Once at a friends house his friends little sister pulled ignitor's sword off. I guess we have been lucky. I've read here where customer service has helped some out. Will activision help with broken figures or is that just programming malfunctions?

I don't know what you people are doing with these figures, but I have never had any of my figures break or become loose in any way... I mean, are you playing with them like action figures? Are your kids? To pit it simply, these toys were not designed for action play... I have even had Granite Crusher fall off my shelf. I freaked out, but he was fine. These things are hardly designed poorly, in my opinion... At least, not commonly.

They'll help with physical defects. My Gil Grunt's bottom became dislodged on mine when removing him from the package and they replaced him, so that's a precedent.

some of the skylander figures you have got to be careful with when handling them or unboxing them and they are:
, all of the 's, the first 2 's s1 and s1 and Lightcore .

Well, I dropped my Flashwing and her head broke off... I super glued it back on though.
Then her wing broke off when my (older) sister stepped on it. It hurt both Flashwing AND her foot. I superglued that back on, too. Poor Flashwing. My Jade Flashwing is tough as metal, though!

When unboxing s2 Chop-Chop, I dropped him and his sword arm snapped off. I glued it back on with Zap, a model glue, and it's been pretty sturdy ever since.

I've had all kinds of issues, but I also have a 2yo who keeps getting into them while my 5 yo is playing. But some have just broken too easily. Stealth Elf's (S1) head broke off. I've tried super gluing it back, but it continues to fall off. Leg. LC Chill's head keeps falling out of socket. The peg stays intact, so I just put it back in. The only reason I haven't super glued it back in is I'm afraid it might break off like Stealth Elf instead of just falling out. Slam Bam's arm (S2) fell out, but I was able to glue it back in. It's stayed pretty solid. I've had various other figures break in places that would easily be broken (Voodood's axe, Hot Head's tail) and more recently Jade Flashwing's wing broke . That's the biggest bummer since you can't find that one any more. Now that I got my son a Ghost Roaster, I keep my eye on it every time it's out. Too bad I'm not always around when he's playing

None of mine have broken anything, and i kinda just cram them all in a shoebox (looking for displays).
Try using special glues?
