I Need Help Reducing a Gif's KB [CLOSED]

It needs to be 30KB, it is 595 KB.

Jesus that's too big. Reduce it to 30kb and you won't see anything.

change size, remove some frames -- speed up pace in some areas so that the frame removing isn't noticed as much, even

I fixed it, and added a new frame.
