It feels rewarding once you've done it. 100 eggs later, you finally get a shiny, it's a HUGE relief.

I bet it's because of the holidays. Cartoon Network usually doesn't do new episodes close to Christmas/New Years. According to Serebii it looks like they'll resume new episode of X/Y in Feburary.

Also, on Janurary 11th, Cartoon Network will show Mewtwo - Prologue to Awakening.

I have never actually ENCOUNTERED a shiny.

Edit: Looks like the first 2 x and y episodes were only showed at that marathon with the genesect movie. It was awesome

You can battle your rival everyday, and if you do the Looker Missions, almost all the people and pokemon you battle are above 60.

Dude, that's not even a good way to level up. Just do Writ of Challenges in the Battle Chateau. The Higher your rank, the more higher ranked trainers come in, which means higher leveled pokemon, and more money.

Yes. According to the guide on my DVR (and I also googled it to confirm), Saturday Janurary 11th Cartoon Network will premiere Mewtwo - Prologue to Awakening in the usual time slot for Pokemon on Saturday morning.

Umm. I have the level 10 Torchic from Mystery Gift. That'll take forever to train though. D: It's a good plan, I could get rid of Toph for Xerneas that way, but I don't want to have to train that much. I already EV trained my Torchic because I was gonna use him in the beginning, but then I got Pancham and wanted to use him.
