since 2013 is closing, what were the 5 games you played this year that you thought were the best?

my list(from least best to best):
5: Super Mario 3D World
4: Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
3: Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity
2: The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
1: Bioshock Infinite

Quick question: Do ports of previously released games count? Because one of my most adored games came out on Steam this year, but was released on Xbox Live Arcade (I think?) last year.

Any games I have played this year or Games from this year I played (2013 ones)?

I've only played three that came out this year, and two of them I've completed. I can't really give the third one a rating as I've only just started to play it, so it's just out of these two, and honestly, I don't know which is better, because they're two completely different games to each other.

The two that I've completed, and the first one I got was Tomb Raider, the one I got later on was GTA V.

And now I'm playing Assassin's Creed IV...

Okay:

5th: Final Exam PS3, I was waiting 2 years for this indie game to come out.
4th: Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 REMix PS3, An absolutely beautiful experience
3rd: Minecraft PS3 Edition, so much playing this one, I just want to stay online and keep mining >.<
2nd:Dragon's Crown PS3, Probably one of my favorite games of all time, I love that RETRO style!!
1st: Castlevania Harmony of Despair PS3, This IS my favorite game on PS3, I spend over 250 hours playing this game and I still play it.

In no particular order:
Animal Crossing New Leaf
Rayman Legends (The surprise hit of 2013, I'm not a fan of Rayman but I enjoyed this game. Grinding the daily challenges got boring towards the end though)
Skylanders Swap Force (Finally including a jump button makes this game better than the last two games put together)
Lego Marvel (I've not finished this yet but it's fun so far and I like the Lego games)
Bioshock Infinite (I didn't enjoy it as much as the first two games but it had some of the best graphics that I've seen in a game)

I didn't really play many new releases in 2013 mainly because there weren't that many titles that interested me save for Bioshock: Infinite, Shadowrun Returns, etc But the one game that I have enjoyed the most in 2013 was Payday 2.
