I was just writing down the approximate times when the variants or extras were released. It seems about once a month they have something.

May - Scarlet Ninjini
June - Polar Whirlwind
July - 4 Giants sidekicks (I think this was July)
August - Gnarly Tree Rex
September - Pumpkin Fright Rider
October - Enchanted Hoot Loop, Legendary Free Ranger, Legendary Grim Creeper, Nitro Magna Charge, Dark figures (plus game release)
November - Legendary Zoo Lou, Legendary Night Shift, Quickdraw Rattle Shake, Green variants of Chop Chop, Rip Tide, and Scorp
December - Jolly Bumble Blast (purely a logical guess)

So what will be released in January?

I am also guessing the Green Riptide will be released in the Xbox One Swapforce pack

or maybe enchanted something.

If they really are going to release Jade Fire Kraken for Chinese New Year like some rumors say, that would be either late January or early February. Springtime Trigger Happy will probably be March or April. Then World Cup Countdown would come out in June or July.

Also Nitro Magna Charge was for October.

Pumpkin Fright Rider and Quickdraw Rattle Shake aren't official releases at the months listed. If September were true for Pumpkin Fright Rider, one of us would have one or seen them on EBay. It would be more accurate to list a release once they start shipping them out. Same thing with the Giants sidekicks.

I was going more for what new we had to track down that month. That was the month we all searched for chips. They seem to have something once a month for us to search for.

Whats February?

Wow, this is quite the dusty thread.

The Green variants of Chop Chop, Rip Tide, and Scorp were released back in November.

February could be Nitro Freeze Blade in conjunction with the Winter olympics. After all he does resemble a speed skater.

Purely in speculation here are the guesses so far:

January might be TRU Gill Grunt
February might be Nitro Freeze Blade
March might be Jade Fire Kracken for St Pattys Day
April maybe is Spring Time Trigger Happy for Easter and Spring?
June might be Kick Off Countdown for the World Cup

The Wind-Up variant is probably going to be a Vicarious Visions employee exclusive. It's in the game's data as "VVind Up." My guess is that it'll be metallic red colored, to match their symbol.

I highly doubt TRU Gill Grunt will be made available to "everyone", he has a Special Edition text at the top of the package. Metallic Shroomboom is more likely to me.

Humm you are right, but TRU Gill Grunt is rare isn't he? I find it hard to believe he would become as widespread as all the other variants mentionned in the first post.
