I really want to get it, but unfortunately I'm in the PAL region.

I have a hacked Wii, but setting Project M up on that is more complex. I'll wait for the PAL release so I can play it on my Wii U in glorious upscaled 1080p. :V

I managed to get it working on my Wii. It's soooo fun. I plan to do a complete play through of the Subspace Emissary with it too. Which is also even more fun with it.
