Is Hyper Beam Prisim Break out? [CLOSED]

Just found this guy in Arizona selling "In hand" Hyper Beam Prisim Break (along with a few other non-swappers) on ebay.

They have the "US" style boxes.

Just wondering if anyone else had seen this or not?

TRU is getting 1 per a box on sunday the 22nd. Someone is selling froma box they prob aint suppose to.

My TRU had at least 25 of them out tonight and bought mine 2 days ago.
