Most places put a comma, like 100,000..kinda surprised FR doesn't TBH. It would make life a lot easier..

Photoshop is worth it. You can download CS2 for free from Adobe's site.
Painttool Sai is good too, even though Photoshop has got more editing options than Sai. Sai kinda feels better for drawing line art, but I still think Photoshop pretty much beats it anyway.

I have CS3 and CS5, but I downloaded them through torrents.
