Collecting Cotton Candy from circus? [CLOSED]

I have the quest to collect cotton Candy from the circus, but I have yet to get any cotton candy from the circus. What is the deal?

I remember I got mine straight away but others took ages, I can not remember any particular reason. Just luck I guess.

I had that queasy open for three weeks.......it's a very rare drop for some reason.

Try building the second circus to see if that helps? I recall clearing the quest in a reasonable amount of time...
