That's basically like 6 characters in brand new condition for $10. That's almost unbeatable pricing. Don't wait ... I doubt this will last too long.

Works out to less than $9 per 3-pack after they reach in your pockets for S&H and tax. Despite all of this, a ridiculously low price point. Buy now, think later.

Same offers on TRU's website and many qualify for free shipping. I ordered four SSA figures (in two different orders) for $10.62/shipped direct from their main website.

Thanks for the heads up. I do need one Giants triple packs but the PowerA adventure cases is exactly what I need since I'm not buying a new display case soon; this will allow my collection to remain safely stored and organized. No way I'm spending $30+ for those.

Tonight I finally followed through. I paid $6 per new, legendary Giants figure that I originally missed (including delivery). I am literally giggling right now. Squeee!

Really debating on this. My son needs Empire of Ice, and I'd really like to get the Legendary triple. $10 seemed like too good of a deal to pass up, but $8 shipping really kills it. Empire of Ice is ship only and apparently my store doesn't have the 3-packs, even though I saw them there last night. $18 is still a good deal, but I'm trying to save money right now. $10 would have too good to pass up, but $18, I'm not so sure.

Yeah, it does kill it a bit. I usually stuff enough in my cart that shipping is free, but you may not want to do that.

You can always buy a video game to bump the total over $50 for free shipping and then change your mind about the video game and return it in a TRU store

I thought about doing that. I'm just not sure I have that much to spare until then. I probably shouldn't be spending anything, but I'm trying to jump on the great deals of this weekend and hope my bonus check comes in. I've been shopping for Skylanders for 12 months straight, and I've never seen a deal this sweet for brand new in-the-box Skylanders, especially considering the relative rarity of the Legendary Giants 3-pack. Even with $8 shipping, you'd be getting Legendary Jet-Vac, Legendary Slam Bam, Legendary Ignitor, and the Empire of Ice Adventure Pack for a mere $18. The normal regular retail pricing for those items combined would be $46. You're getting more than 60% off. If you really want to go the extra mile to minimize the cost, you could turn around and sell one of the two Slam Bam from your purchase (assuming that you only want to keep/use one of them). Series 1 Slam Bam is still worth $10 on the secondary market, and Legendary Slam Bam $15+.

The sale can now be found on Toys R Us' website proper. It looks like Spyro's Adventure figures are also slashed both half off, and buy one get one free. I put SA Stump Smash and SA Sonic Boom in my cart and their combined total was $5 (not including shipping).

I agree it's a great deal. Money is just tight, right now, but Empire of Ice is one of the things on my son's Christmas list. He already has a S2 Slam Bam, so he doesn't need him, but he does "need" the Empire of Ice and the other magical items. The Legendary figures would be a nice bonus, but he doesn't necessarily "need" them. He already has Slam Bam (and would get another one with Empire of Ice), 2 Jet-Vacs (since we purchased a 2nd copy of Giants after he scratched his disc and Target had that insane deal a while back0, and he has a S1 & S2 Ignitor. I'd like him to have the Legendaries, but they're not that important. $10 seemed like a great deal for Empire of Ice and I would have probably decided to pick it up last week during the $9.99 sale, if my store hadn't sold out of them. So this is a no-brainer at $10 B1G1 free, especially since I have a $5 eGift Card and a $10 GC from Black Friday. But since I have to pay $8 shipping, it's just hard for me to bite, even if it is a great deal (it's like paying $8 for the Legendaries), just because their not as necessary. I know I have $15 of GCs I can use, but I also have to think about my daughter's birthday in January, so I was planning on using, at least, the $10 GC there.

Since the deal seems to still be going on, I'm going to check our store. There was another time that there was a B1G1 sale going on and there wasn't anything we wanted in the store, but they did have some online. The guy working in the electronics section looked them up online and said that he could order them on the website in store and he could waive the shipping charges. I haven't tried it, but it doesn't hurt to ask before I decide on jumping on this deal. And with all that said, it's still hard for me to believe that our store doesn't have them in stock, unless other people got in on this deal and did a pick-up in store. I went the night before this went live (around 10 PM) and they still had some, and I'm pretty sure there was even a case of them on the top shelf. Which leads me to another thing I meant to mention in another thread, but now I don't remember it. Someone said their store was sold out of Legendary Bouncers. Our store didn't have any on the pegs, but there were cases of them on the top shelf (last time I checked, I think there may have only been one left). There were also cases of Legendary Stealth Elf. So if you don't see an item on the peg, look up on the top shelf to see if they've stored cases up there. It's definitely a YMMV, but it doesn't hurt to look.

I went to the store and asked about ordering online in store and get free shipping. They directed me to the registry desk. They said "sure" and looked up the items. The only thing was that between when I left work (I checked online before I left) and when I got there, they had sold out online. There were 2 unopened cases of adventure packs and they were on sale in the store for $10 (along with the SSA triples). The singles were $4.99. I rang them up at the price scanner and they said the price was good until 12/7 but no mention of B1G1. They also didn't have the legendary triple pack in stock. However, the guy told me they were getting some in ok the truck along with SSA singles and triples tonight. He told me to check later tonight after they accept the shipment (even though they won't be out on the shelf) and see if they're available for in-store pickup. I asked about the Empire of Ice since it wouldn't do in-store pickup. I saw him add it to the cart on his computer and it showed free shipping. He said anything they add on their computer automatically gives free shipping. He them have me a free shipping code (which he had to generate on his computer so I assume it's one time use) and said that if it asks for shipping to use it.

So I know this is my third post in a row, but wanted to express my bit of aggravation. After being told to keep checking online for the legendary 3-pack to go in-stock for in-store pickup, I tried all night. It finally went in stock this morning. The B1G1 deal was still active. I added both it and the Empire of Ice to the cart. The Legendary 3-pack came up $10 and the Empire of Ice came up $0. I realized I left my free shipping code at home, but texted my wife to find it and text it to me. I went through the order and got to the payment screen. I entered in the number from a promotional gift card I had and when it refreshed the amounts, it showed the Empire of Ice being $5 instead of $0. I went back to my cart and it then showed the 3-pack as $10 and the Empire of Ice as $5. Under the Empire of Ice, it still said Buy 1 Get 1 Free all Giants and Spyro's Adventure figures. I took a screen grab and when I got a chance called customer support. When I went back to my cart, they were both showing up as $10 with no B1G1 designation. Because it was removed from the website, they refused to do anything about it. I told them I had a screen grab of it saying it, but they said there was no way for me to send it to them. I was told that the $10 was over half price, so that was the deal. So, in the end, I still haven't picked up anything. I did notice that the $10 promotional gift card I got on Black Friday expires at the end of this week (something they don't tell you up front, as far as I can tell), so luckily I noticed that while dealing with this transaction. I may go back to the store and just pick up the Empire of Ice, if it's still there. They had 2 cases last night and said they were getting more, so it probably will. They also told me they were getting more SSA triples and SSA singles, so to call when they open to see if they have any Boomers. I might end up just getting him instead, if they get him in. It does seem strange, though, that other stores have gotten him and ours never has. We've had the same triples and singles for months (other than them getting the Dino-Rangs in). So, hopefully, this will be it and the 3-pack will be $10. I don't need the other 2, but getting the 3-pack for the same price as the single would be great (as they seemed to have went up on half of the SSA figures online...some are $4.99 and others are now $10.99).

P.S. I said "bit of aggravation" as I guess the B1G1 should probably have ended at midnight, and I was trying to stack a lot of good deals (including the free shipping). It just seemed I was thwarted at every turn with this deal. Even though it should have all worked, the going in and out of stock and the prices changing mid-stream was a bit aggravating. But oh well. Maybe it didn't work out so that I can use my $10 card for a Boomer I'm trying to find a positive spin on it.

Yeah, probably. But I really couldn't afford the $18. With the busyness of the weekend, I realized I had forgotten to write a few purchases down over the weekend and overspent. I had to take some stuff back (pretty much some Skylanders) in order for me to not go into the negative on my account balance. Most of my other purchases were actually made for others who wanted me to pick the stuff up for them. The only reason I was going to be able to do this was because I had that $10 gift card from Black Friday. I also have a $5 eGift card that I can use, too, but it doesn't expire until sometime in January. The $10 gift card, I found out, expires this week, so I have to find something to use it on. This would have been perfect. Then again, I didn't say it wasn't a good deal, I just knew I could have gotten it better, and it would definitely had worked if the 3-pack didn't sell out right before I got to the store. In hindsight, I probably could have picked up another 3-pack and came back later and exchanged it when they got the Legendaries back in stock.

Honestly regardless of how good a deal might be, if you have to agonize over a $18 purchase that even with a $10 gift card threatens to put you in the red then it might just be for the best to let this one pass you by.

Not judging or anything at all. Just want to offer a bit of advice because I know I've regretted how much I've invested into my hobbies in the past. There will be future deals and times when you have more disposable income as well I'm sure.

No reason not to use that gift card that will expire anyways though
