Pretty much all of the Rareware SNES/N64 era, including Banjo-Kazooie, GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, Jet Force Gemini, Conker's Bad Fur Day and the Donkey Kong Country games.

And by the same token, all of the LucasArts graphic adventures games, Outlaws, and any Star Wars game that had original compositions instead of simply remixing the available library (Dark Forces, TIE Fighter).
