Hey, just curious... What do you like taking pics of most?

I want to make sure I can... Uh, 'help.'

I seem to have a photographers view. I mean, every morning, while we are heading to school, I look at the pink sunrise and I think about stopping and taking a pic of the stop sign with the pink sunrise. It's meaning is to take time in life because you never know how long your gonna see those beautiful things in life. I don't know, maybe I'm crazy, maybe I'm not.

That was... Inspiring, believe it or not.

I'll post the prologue, though all of it is still a rough draft. I'm yet to go through things and edit them.

My story takes place in the future, though it seems like modern day. The world in my story is basically like the real world, except with Pokémon. It's a pre apocalyptic age or however you want to put it. The story mainly takes place at the perspective of Pokémon, but humans are frequently mentioned, but there are no official human characters.

Anyways, suckiness:

The rain fell slowly; a steady, consistent fall that left behind a feeling of sadness and dread. Mist hung low in the air, and the moonless sky was dotted with stars. A somewhat busy highway tore through the area, leaving what seemed to be a trails of lights through the dark and mysterious forest that surrounded the road. The area wasn't out in the country, they were actually only a few miles from the main city where important people with important things to do traveled. They had their important jobs, and their important-looking facial expressions. They had a purpose. An occupation. Something to strive for. While the little Growlithe on the side of the road had nothing. The young Pokémon sat in a toppled-over cardboard box, on the gravel siding of the highway. He sat under the box for protection from the rain. The woods were too dangerous to explore for someone of his size, and the darkness made matters worse. He calmly watched the cars as they passed. Sometimes he would try to count them, or see what cars were going fastest. He didn't know where he was, or why he was there. He was completely unaware of the danger he was in. And he was unaware of the dangers of the current modern world. He was unaware of the declining ecosystem. And he was unaware of the battle occurring in the woods not far behind him.

EDIT: and the word important is mentioned frequently on purpose

I can tell words are used over and over again for emphasis, and it helps create a mood there. I like hat you're doing~ The descriptions really set you in. That's what stands out to me the most. Liking what your creating there. :3
