Bruce and Zephyr put the heroes through a series of exercises. It starts with rigorous calisthenics. Then the duo send the group out for a "brisk" jog, in which they are being chased by a Calamari Sand Shark. "Put your backsides into it!" Bruce shouted from the porch of the building he and Zephyr watched from.

Then they spent the next several hours doing team building activities. First there was the trust fall, in which slambam continuously let Sleepy fall, snickering the entire time. Another long one was the spider web activity, which was hung up thanks to weebbby's clumsiness. "S-sorry guys," He sighed.

At the end of this, Bruce and Zephyr gathered the entire group up. "That was okay, Rookies, but someone here is holding you back." Zephyr explains.

"What do you mean?" Prex gasps. "We didn't do anything wrong."

"Ya pasties are weak in the knees. Someone is adding bad chemistry to the group." Bruce shouts.

"I agree." willspyro adds. "There is some most distasteful juju floating around since we left da prison. We must purge it if we wish to succeed."

"Well don't worry. Zeph and I know exactly who to can!" Bruce declares. "And that is..."
