Anyone ever felt this before? Where they aren't physically tired, just mentally and emotionally tired...

I'm feelin' it right now, it's very strange.

How do you deal with it? Just sleep when feeling so? Or...?

I get this sometimes. I just take it easy, zone out on something that requires no brain work.

I tend to just let it happen and let it pass.
But I tend to recover from things very quickly.
You could talk to a friend or watch something to wake up your mind. IsThatAThing.IDon'tKnow,ILikedTheSoundOfIt.

I just sleep it off and take a night to myself by not going online.

I had to deal with it this whole goddarn weekend

Reason? Ima not telling

I try to find someone to talk to, if that fails Ill hang upside down in a tree and get sunken in toughts.
