A 7/10 shouldn't be a bad game either. But I guess most people choose to interpret game ratings like typical American ratings. So a 7 is a "C" or just plain average. <.>

Bonnie and Twill are the two people Katniss meets in the woods. Both from District 8, both witnessed the rebellion. They tell her that they believe District 13 is still running, WHICH IS A BIG PART OF THE BOOK! AND THEY JUST CUT IT OUT LIKE THE HISTORY OF THE MOCKINGJAY PIN

District 1: Gloss and Cashmere, brother and sister, won back to back games
District 2: Brutus and Enobaria, Enobaria had her teeth sharped and has gold flakes at the ends to remember how in her games, she bit out the throats of her enemies.
District 3: Beetee and Wiress, Beetee set up an electrical trap for the rest of the tributes left, electrocuting them.
District 4: Finnick Odiar and Mags, Finnick won when he was 14 when a sponsor gave him a trident. Entered prostitution by force or his family would have been killed.
District 6: The Morphlins, Both used the drug morphing to escape the tortures of the games, were said to have hidden until the games ended
District 7: Blight and Johanna Mason, Johanna pretended to be weak, getting a low training score and hardly doing anything at the training center. In the games, when a few were left, her true self showed, a killer with an ax
District 8: Woof and Cecilia, Cecilia had 3 children hold onto her when her name was called.
District 11: Chaff and Seeder, Chaff lost his hand in the games, and refused to get a prostectic one.

Other victors include

Haymitch Abernathy (D12): Won the 50th games, having double the tributes. He fell for a young girl from his district who came to the games with him, Maysilee Donner aunt of Madge Undersee. She saved him when he was attacked by other tributes. Later split up, in which she died by getting her neck skewered by candy colored birds. He was there with her till the end. Won when he found something at the end of a cliff, that made anything hit it bounce back. As the last tribute threw and ax at him, he ducked, making the ax go over the cliff. The ax came back, killing the last tribute. His family and loved ones were killing because of this trick, and he was used to hold up to all the little Johanna and Finnicks.
