And second, i don't really see how making another account gets someone banned. I mean, if the person spams and posts obnoxiously everywhere, then i would bane them, but joerox123's other account posted once. :/

I don't, I'm being a smartass and I regret that. Also, I did use Chespin for awhile a while back. But, if I recall correctly, Dark said it is fine to make a new account as long as it wasn't to impersonate / pretend it was someone else. I explicitly told everyone I was Chespin, so I honestly don't see the problem.
