This has gone on too long. It was cute the first 3 weeks missing 30+ gems because there was no earth swap character but now it's starting to get on my nerves. Now another bat attack next Tuesday and yet no earth skylander. I don't care if the character is released just for this game and later as a toy, fine do it because I'll spend gems or gold. Just give me the opportunity to get the gems from the bat. Nothing more annoying than having two bats and one has an earth element for half and the other has both halves as an earth element (happened today).

It really is amazing how frequently you need an Earth swapper to clear bats. I haven't actually calculated it, but it certainly feels like it occurs WAY more than average.

Yeah, this is getting old. I would understand no earth if there was only one swap per element, but with multiple elements have two or more it's overdue. I know VV has to make money so give me an earth swap and I'll pay three hundred gems. Boom win/win right? Apparently not. I'm almost ready to give blood at this point, is that what they want?

My guess is they'll wait until post-holidays when all the kiddies open up their console games and find there's this one area they can't unlock without an earth swapper and force all their parents (myself included) to run out and buy yet another toy. Is that how they handled Ninjini?

Ninjini didn't come out until around the end of March/early April. I remember trying to get it for my son for Easter, as it came out right before. I ended up getting it right after Easter, so I saved it for his birthday.

That's right! And she was impossible to find. We scored a Scarlet Ninjini before we ever found the "regular" one. So we'll be waiting until March/April then again would be my guess.

But does swapforce require you have an earth swap character to access part of the game? In giants u didn't need all the giants to access the whole game, you could use any character of that element.

Dunno. Nobody in my family will be playing the game until after Christmas.

Anything that's elemental can be done with any character of that element, as far as I know. The only tricky bit is that there are some areas where you need 2 elements to unlock, which you CAN do with 2-player, but if you're playing by yourself you'd need both elements on a single swap-force.

Even if they were holding it for consoles why not release it in LI as none of the characters export out. A great way to tease even further if you ask me.
