Maybe make a banner. Then between paragraphs/sections of your text have some kind of separator for the sake of neatness. Even if the text is jibberish, make it look like an official document. It is eye-pleasing.

They test your physical fitness, literally. You have to run a mile, do push ups, sit ups, touch your toes, and stuff like that.
