It's just a concept design for the Spyro's Kingdom display when the game was in development before it evolved into Skylanders.

Yep. I haven't actually ever seen one besides those photos and since, like Aura has stated, it's just a concept design it's unlikely they were ever produced.

The Skylanders kiosk looks 100% better than this. These colors make me cringe,specially when compared to the rather peaceful colors that they use to mimic Skylands towers.
