But I only have a record of 14

I caught everything in sight and never missed a reel or moved from the spot

Tyranitar w/Aggronite for Aron or Lairon w/Tryranitarite
Pinsir w/ Pinsirite for Heracraoss w/ Heracrossite

They don't have hong kong or India as a region @~@

It only works on new games, once you've started one, whatever region you started in, it is stuck in that.

-Start in New York
-Get New York Vivillon
-Change Region to China to get Chinese Vivillon
-Get New York Vivillon

It is actually theoreticly possible for you to help Wally catch a SHiny in R/S/E However in future meets, it won't be shiny.

It is also possible In Gen V for the Minccinno in the opening speech by Juniper to be shiny.
