Same. I never think before I speak. Sometimes I say some things in advance before the person even asks me anything, since I just assume that's what someone will ask/tell me.
But I don't really stutter as in ''s-s-s-s-stuttering''. I do that too though, especially when I start a sentence with Z or U. I mostly just speak quite fast, 'swallow' letters and mess up everything. I tried practicing talking by talking to myself but I always sound perfectly fine when alone.

Yeah, me too. I tried speaking slowly when talking, but what ends up happening is me concentrating on speaking slowly and forgetting what I'm actually supposed to say.
