I don't see it anywhere, and the ad was just released today, so it's CURRENT news.

It is current news, but perhaps "Iganagor" is referring to the fact that this TRU promo has been mentioned on this board already in one or more other threads.

He was just uncommon. He showed up in bunches here and there, and recently made a disappearance.

In general, in the USA, yes ... at least for the past 3-4 months, Dino-Rang has been very scarce in retail stores. I found a few in Walgreen's stores back in the 1st quarter of 2013, but nothing since then.

Is he fun to play?

I went to TRU today and tried to buy 3 legendary zoo lous....I for my son amd one to put away in collection and one for friend in norway. There was at least 20 on shelf. I went to pay and they said no....one per week. Wow! So, bought one and my son had it open before we got to the car...lol.

I think it says 'limit 1' in the ad. But I'm sure they won't be in short supply. If you're planning on going back next week for Night Shift, you can probably pick up a second Zoo Lou then.

It says limit one per guest per week. I think thats what I was saying in my post. Anyway, yep I think they'll be common too but its a hassle and it was a dramatic change in how they have done things in the past.

You + your son = 2 Guests.... Why not give your son $10 and get him to buy one too?

They said NO. Tried that. They said we were together and he is a child. I pointed out that it didn't say that on ad they were referencing and he said....that was the way it was going to be . Period. Weird really

Can you just go in another day and pay without using your rewards card? I would assume that is the only way they track it?

F the BS it is crap anytime someone posts something that has been talked about it gets so many "old news" "talked about in other threads" at least people are trying to share. Threads around here are always so damn negative or always get ****ty. Drives me crazy I hesitate to post new info. Not everyone has all day to search threads looking for info and the search tool here is not that great. Just because it is old to you it may have helped 10 other people, say thanks or disregard and move on I know it is hard for a regular to look at 50 posts of the same thing if you have seen it just move on the negative posts really don't help anyone find a new figure or deal IMO.

I'm curious to see if these Dino Rang are more EU Imports like the Legendary 3-Packs that are on the shelves.

Which makes more sense then a Spyros S1 figure.

I know I've been over this before, many times, in multiple different threads ... but, because it's once again relevant here ...

hearsay from TRU employees or GameStop employees is just that ... hearsay. They're wrong far more often, in general, than they are correct when talking about forthcoming releases. Unless an employee hands you hard proof (a corporate email, an unreleased "leaked" advertisement circular/flyer, etc.) then don't spread unsubstantiated hearsay in these forums. Many viewers are highly impressionable and/or not good at separating fact from hearsay. At the VERY least, get corroboration from more than one employee (preferably from two different store locations) before spreading hearsay.

Actually Dino-Rang (re-release) was on TRU's site yesterday. It has since been removed along with Holiday Bumble Blast.

Dino-rang was given away free with a newspaper here in the UK.
When I took my token in to collect they had hundreds and nobody was taking them.
For free.

People couldn't even be bothered to cut out a coupon to go collect a free one.

Glad I got him, but don't actually like him that much to be honest.
