So the trick:
Get a Fletchinder or TalonFlame
Use the Hatching O-Power
Cycle in the route if the Day Care (It is pretty straight, scenic, and long, you cannot go wrong!)

BASH DO THIS:


  1. Get a Fletchling / Talonflame
  2. Get the Hatching O-Power
  3. Fly To Lumiose City
  4. Go to the center part, with the Gym
  5. Get on your bike (yes, it will count for steps)
  6. Use Hatching O-Power
  7. Hold down the left button so you ride in a circle

You'll hatch eggs in roughly two minutes or so.

You can fly to Lumiose, or you can just use the route right in front of the Day Care. It is straight and long....

The whole reason I want a Kadabra is because when traded it evolves into Alakazam and Alakazam has a boss Mega Evolution ( He gets a Beaaaaard!)
