I'm just wondering, when are we going to be able to change the Header Image to Skylanders: Swap Force Characters?

Give him time. He is probably busy with other stuff and will get to it once he has time. It's really not that big of a deal, it's just a header image and so it's probably one of the last things on his to do list. Just be patient and if it's really that big of a deal then send him a Private Message asking if he plans to make one anytime soon.

What is the swap force header?

You know the Medium sized box at the top of the screen, next to the login box? That's the header.
