He runs so fast that all the food is used up and burned off (He has no anus so Its safe to say all the food energy gets used) that there is nothing to throw up. He likes chili dogs because they contain a lot of calories, and calories are energy (If you burn them off, which he evidently does) So he cannot because he has nothing in his stomach.

He's a super fast blue hedgehog. Who knows what sort of things his body can do. maybe he can throw up his guts and then put them back.
