Just when you thought it would never happen they actually made a thing called fishing chaining
What it is
1. Have a Pokemon with suction cups
2. Have a good or super rod (From more better Pokemon)
3. Find a enclosed water space (I recomend route 8, 21 and some other routes I can't rember and Shalour city)
4. To chain for Pokemon while fishing is to just keep on get nibbles on your rod and catch Pokemon
5. Repeat until you catch a shiny

So I tried it on route 8 I eventually found a shiny Claucher! Anyone wanna see for real gimme your FC
