HOLY ****!

Great update, but all swap force wave 2 (only can be loaded in if you have the iOS portal) are messed up big time. Some are invisible, some are way out of proportion, and others are missing arms and legs.

Is the iOS portal safe to use in this game?

This update really annoys me. I seem to have lost all progress, and even after syncing w "ACTIVATE" I am still missing most of my characters.

Mine can't even get past to opening the character select screen! Even if I don't open it, it still crashes a couple of seconds later! I hope they fix this soon...

Mine crashes constantly, too. Great update

For those of you who are crashing, what device are you playing on? Any additional info on where the crash is occurring would be helpful.

What about the Wave 2 skylander glitches? Riptide's fish weapon is 10x too big. And night shift is missing his arms and legs. The other 3 wave 2 swappers are invisible and cant move. Scorp looks like he might work but I have not tried him in battle.

I don't have an option to log into Activate.

Advisor_Orville: Mine is not crashing, but a LOT of my characters and items that were registered in Lost Islands have not appeared in Battlegrounds. Can you look into this?

Graz73: Did you use the portal to enter the characters into Lost Islands? Older versions of Lost Islands did not associate the toys with your device or Activate account. If the 10-digit toy code was entered, this should be associated with the specific device you played on (if you weren't logged into Activate) or the Activate account that was in use when you entered the codes.

Orville: I entered a lot of the skylanders (using the codes) into activate on my OLD iPhone4 which was later replaced with my current iPhone5.

It seems strange to associate the Activate profile with the device. I am now playing the game on a second device. Do I need to re-enter everything? Is there some way to bypass this and associate the characters with my PROFILE rather than my device?

For instance, if they make some new PC or game on another platform, it would be nice to log in with that activate account, rather than having to enter everything again.

Hi Graz. If you entered the codes in Lost Islands when logged into your Activate account, those toys should be permanently associated with your Activate account. You should be seeing those characters available for claiming in Battlegrounds once you are logged into your Activate account. Magic items and sidekicks aren't supported in Battlegrounds so those will not have been moved over.

Same here but I used portal and joined battlegrounds in February.

New 1.2.1 version for iOS has been released. This fixes a crash bug or two. The Wave 2 characters still are not present, but will be soon in 1.3!

What the heck wave 2 skylanders are locked now! I had payed money for gems to upgrade all of my wave 2 skylanders! Did I just loose all of my money? What should I do Advisor_Orville?

Advisor_Orville: Maybe the problem with claiming my characters in Battlegrounds is with activate:

When I am playing Battlegrounds there is an Activate icon in the upper right with a red "!" on it. If I click on it, I'm taken to a blank blue page with the activate logo and an X to close. Nothing else. Is that what is supposed to happen?


Can you look into individual user accounts? In Lost Islands, where I entered all of the codes, I am "Graz73". If you can get into the activate accounts, you'll see all of the characters I linked. But they are not connected in Battlegrounds.

darkrai848 - Once the 1.3.0 version is released, those Skylanders will be fully supported and they should be unlocked again with the upgrades. Sorry for the hassle!

Graz-- Are you logged into Activate in Battlegrounds? Sounds like you're unable to login. We have heard some reports of people getting that blank window when trying to access Activate. If you are logged into Activate succesfully, the Skylanders should show up as claimable.

Im on my Activate account and most are not linking.

It seemed as though I was logged in, but maybe there is a problem. I'll send you any diagnostic data you want. My activate name is "Graz73" Look me up in the ACTIVATe database and see whether I logged into Battlegrounds or not?

Wave 2 characters will be available any day now with the 1.3 update!
