Thought so, but I figured less I need to pick up on release date and have Amazon just ship it to me to be easier.

I actually canceled my pre-order at amazon, as when I looked at the delivery date, it was well past Tuesday the 15th.

Never had this issue with books, either got them on the release day or the day before. I think with the release date being the 13th and no shipping on a Sunday, they are just processing the order on Monday morning. Even with prime, I try to avoid ordering items after evening Wednesday. Earliest you'll get them is Monday, more often than not.
