Target Swap Force Display w/Price Tags [CLOSED]

I was amazed at the 11.99 price for lightcores last year; I am just as equally baffled at this year's 12.99 Target/13.99 TRU price this year.

Why is this so shocking? People bought and so they saw the demand and they raised the price $1. This is really not that big if a deal. If all of them were raised $1 we would be spending an extra $56. However there's only 8 lightcores. So if we buy them all were only spending an extra $8. I'm totally willing to pay this as they are almost cooler than the Swap Force.

Walmart never raised the prices. Gamestop and Toys R Us raised price due to supply and demand. They're allowed to change the price. Activison suggests the price at 11.99, which is the MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price). Toys R Us saw that they're selling quick, so to keep with the demand and to make a profit, they raised it by $1, and Gamestop ended up following through with it. Supply and Demand happens in many places. I don't see why it's so shocking to pay $1 more, when you're going to end up paying about the same price at another store after tax.

There will actually be 9 but not a deal breaker. Don't for get the Legendary Light Core

Just wait for a sale. If the $1 bothers you all. Prices go up not much one can do.

Isn't the rumored Enchanted Star Strike said to be a Lightcore?

I guess no one should never be shocked at price changes, but as a consumer this adds up after a while. I don't like to spend more. I like to spend less.
