I did this silliness in Giants...only way I would do this is if I knew the item in question was a regional only item...like GITD Fright Rider. If I'm not mistaken we'll have these guys a few weeks later in Wave 2? I can wait.

Well, those double packs are listed as Amazon.de exclusive. Double packs may end up being exclusive of some sort, remember the only LC 3 pack we got was Target exclusive. I'm wondering if Amazon does it exclusive here as well, or like Scarlet Ninjini (also Amazon.de exclusive) and it comes out everywhere.

The downfall here is the only current double pack we have to compare to in local dollars are the Nitro ones, both listed at $29.99. That represents a penny INCREASE in price over Target's listed Swapper price. If we get doubles and they are $24.99 (or even $27.99 as they were listed for a while) then it is worthwhile to get them. Otherwise, importing actually SAVES money (which might be eaten up by your credit card "currency conversion" charge on your next statement).

You are right, they are Amazon.de exclusives. I think the release date is exclusive. While in Tru, Target, Wlamart...... they are getting released in November. The packs will get released on 18th October on Amazon.
Just like Scarlet Ninjini. She got released on Amazon at March and 2 Months later in stores.

I'm not going to sweat an overseas adventure for a couple of bucks. Wow, they really suck at communicating prices and bundling options.

I want them, but I am going to wait until they come out single.
Reason 1---It is 33.95 in American dollars(higher)
Reason 2--- Fire Kraken and Night Shift are my favorites, but grillla drilla is my least favorite. Boom Jet is cool though

I just ordered these two using promo code "Visa2013" (using my Visa card) with prime shipping... it came to $56.35 USD. That's sooner and cheaper than waiting for Target to have them. Thanks for the link!

So you had to use a Visa promotion AND Prime Shipping to get the price relatively close to the price here. More power to ya. I'm not playing until Christmas, so I have all the time in the world. We DO know these will be $8-$10 next June with the overstock situation.

I think I will wait till they hit the USA and get them at TRU for BOGO 40% offer.

I had the same issue last night. It's right underneath the huge photo, at the very bottom of the post. It will seem to take you to a page for just a single double pack, but it's actually one of those Amazon pages where you click the title of the version of the item you want. If you're planning on ordering and haven't used Amazon.de before or are fluent/familiar with German, make sure you're using Chrome as your browser or an appropriate browser plugin to translate the page(s) as you go on. Mine came to $63.10 US including shipping, which is fine by me for getting four non-launch swappers early (I hope).

It's just a less-costly way to get them- Well, that purpose is defeated due to the shipping price. So, no.

Don't need 2-packs.
Got my singles 2 weeks ago when TRU had them early, plus - no award for waiting.
If you can get them one at a time, I say get them instead of waiting since they do not give you a savings for getting the 2-pack like they do with the 3-packs.
