UPDATE (10/4/2013): They are starting to show up in your email that you provided to the employee when you purchased the Starter Kit.

Haven't received any coupons. I assume these will arrive by email during the weekdays next week. I'll keep you posted, Dinoah.

Email. The cashier was supposed to ask you for your email address during checkout of your pre-order.

The rules said that we should receive them 1 week from release date by email. If by Wednesday I don't receive them I will get kinda worried.

My wife just received the coupon for a "free figure when picking up our Swap Force pre-order". I don't think there's a coupon for LC Hex since it's printed right on the reservation card.

Are you saying that they gave your wife a coupon when she preordered, or when she picked up Swap Force that you had preordered? I'm assuming the former, but based on the way this is phrased, it could mean that your local TRU broke the street date pretty seriously.

How did she receive it? Via email? If so, who was it from and what was the email header? I haven't saw mine come through yet and my local store was clueless when I did this but they did ask for my email.

She got it over email and no we didn't get to pick-up an early pre-order (I edited my original post with quotes).

I did not get a coupon for LC Hex, but that is probably because if you have this coupon it is a given that you get LC Hex.

There is more to the coupon than what I am showing you, this is just the header.

The Email I received was my Pre-Order for the Xbox using my Wife's Email address on 6/16/2013. I am still waiting for my coupon that I purchased the 3DS Starter using my Email address. I purchased that Pre-Order a week later. Looks like they are sending them out in order of purchase.

I got an email letting me know to come get one of my two preorders (3DS starter), but nothing for the other preorder (PS3) and no coupons yet. Since I preordered both at the exact same time, it's left me scratching my head. :-( Here's to hoping that they'll get them out to me before Swap Force launches, otherwise there's no point in me bothering to go to TRU for the starters.

I just spoke to the Manager at my store to ask about the coupons for the free 2nd figure. He said that his store hasn't received the starter packs yet so they don't have them listed in inventory yet. Once they do get the starter packs and scan them into their systems that will then trigger the coupon to be sent to the people who pre-ordered during the weeks of the promotion. I assume this would be the case for all people who haven't gotten their coupons emailed to the yet.

No coupon for me either, when i asked weeks ago about this promotion no one in the store knew about it, even when i signed up for it they didnt know.........not looking good.

Nothing yet. Thou i luckily had the ass store manger note that i get the free single giant figure. Hopefully they dont confuse this with LC hex.

You all can thank me after 10/13/2013:

If you read the post above you will see that I received (My Wife's email) one of the coupons(For Xbox) but have not received (My email) the second one (For 3DS)
I called the 1-800 number to get the low down and they were not able to find my order #, after many transfers from one phone agent to another I was finally told that because it was purchased at the store as a store pick up, I would need to call the store I purchased it from.

So I did and asked to speak to a Manager, the manager got on the phone and I explained the situation:
I have one coupon, both receipts, both Pre-Order cards and the flyer that shows the free figure with the date that backs-up the receipts , but did not receive the second coupon.
He told me to bring in the Receipt and Pre-Order card for both orders and the flyer and they would honor it.

So for all of you that order during June (Before June 29th - The Promo was emailed on June 18th 2013) here is the flyer:

Take your Receipt, Pre-Order card and the Flyer that applies to you and you should not have any problem.

Sorry, that's a negative. The coupon is one time use. The picture I posted is the coupon with out the Bar Code.

Can I take the pictures of these offers into the store? The employees at TRU seem to not believe me. I hope I can get this coupon, I preordered it before the offer came out. What kind of single character do you get? One from giants or swap force.

I spoke with the manager of the Electronics department at my TRU this morning to confirm, and he not only confirmed that if I brought the flyer and all of my preorder paperwork I'd be ok, but also added my name to a list of folks who they were going to make sure to honor the free figure offer for due to TRU corporate not sending out the coupons to a lot of folks. My faith has been reconfirmed!

Great to hear.
TRU seems to be very helpful (Even the 1-800 number) for this effort. Even though they may have some issues getting everyone the coupon, seems like there will be no issue as long as you bring the rest of your Pre-Order information along with the flyer. Now if you don't bring those items with you, you only have yourself to blame.
