I`d say two:

Banjo Kazooie: I know the tune off by heart for each and every world, it is so memorable. Be it the frantic egyptian theme in Gobi`s desert which I dubbed Egyptian Conniption, the whistles and womp sounds in Rusty Bucket bay, or the cheery tune of Click Clock wood, I know them all.

Ni No Kuni: Wrath of The White Witch; Most underrated PS3 Game ever, coincedentally the best for alot of reasons, including the music. Even the themes for fighting standard enemies is great. it had alot of feels in every song, no matter what it was.

And Honorable Mentions go to Sly Cooper: Theives in Time for one song that i really dig:




Just wait a bit, and it will be soo good

In terms of a more military or just plain epicness, Birds of Prey and Birds of Steel (War Thunder) have a pretty nice soundtrack.

I'm not just saying this because I'm a SpongeBob fan buut..

The SpongeBob Movie Game and Battle For The Bikini Bottom had very memorable good music, especially the movie game.
Pokémon Black and White is also worth mentioning.. uhhh oh and also:

The Walking Dead has a lot of good tracks, but this one is the best IMO:




Kingdom Hearts and Sonic have awesome soundtracks too.

TLOS Trilogy.
and Crash Twinsanity. The whole soundtrack is acapella (Doesn't use any instruments.), and it's amazing!
