Why is it that people want to make up obsessions just so others will post about them having that obsession in a "Who has an obsession" topic?

They feel they have an actual obsession over it. They want to be known for liking that.
Also, who doesn't like being remembered? Well, there's actually people that don't want to be remembered but a big amount does!

I'm not saying it's bad to be remembered, it's just that some people just make up obsessions to be noticed.I've also noticed quite a big number of topics about said obsessions lately.

I'll give you Litleo, Cupcakemon, and the Peter Griffin.gif, but I was always a Rareware fanboy.

Well, who knows what goes on in one's mind. I believe that they just want to be mention and feel they belong there. I also believe, like I stated before, that they want to feel that they are obsessed over it and want others to know it too. It's basically for future purposes. smilie

As one of the biggest obsessors out there, I have to say I did not make it up for attention. At first I figured no one would like Bowser being strung all over the place, but when the whole trend of "how do I see you?" started, I asked around and most of the people saw me as Bowser. So I figured I'd do what I do in the summer, and RP as Bowser (except without my cousins). I've been being Bowser WAY longer then I've been on this site.

I've been obsessed with posting SpongeBob here for like a year now.

I obviously have a life.

Also, I kinda have small obsessions every once in a while.. like PPG Z *Shivers*.
