Another Tuesday - another disaster [CLOSED]

Not a good start to today's update. In the middle of playing, the game restarts, grabs the update, throws me out of Activate, and then refuses to let me back in.

"Facebook Login Error: There was an issue communicating with the server. (ACTIVATE Error Code: 0)


Tried three times over 10 minutes. Same error three times.

It initially presented me with a useless cloud save from about six weeks ago. But I didn't have to log out of Activate. On pressing the Activate button, it presented me with a login screen, appearing to realise that it was offering garbage.

Five login failures, and then I tried a different account, which also failed.

You've got to give the developers credit. At least they're consistent.

Maybe with all the disasters, nobody has gone ahead and seen if there is a new alter ego for tomorrow. But I thought I'd ask.

My game now crashes anytime I try and save it. Can someone give me all the ways to contact activate?
Phone, Facebook etc?

I am wifi only, ipad2, ios7. Have tried the force close and leaving game on to get update mentioned on Facebook - game crashes even though I'm not doing anything.
