I've also noticed that the humanoid familiars (centaurs and serthis) just happen to all be females.

There are only two "coders" on the site (Thrage and Akira). The ones making the items (the artists) can't do much for making things go faster.

Really, they just have very little staff.

I believe ZeSethis is a coder as well. Though I'm not very sure at what she does if she is not a coder.

Whut, someone suggested me that I should sell two of them for 200 gems, and one for 40~45k treasure. Strange lol, s/he said that works and if I don't need gems that I could always convert them by buying Boon of Fertility and sell it for 70k in the AH.

And yeah I decided to sell my red winged one. I thought I could keep her and breed her with my male who has splash wings, but once again the colour shade is way off. Though if I wanted to breed her with some other male's kid, she's then just one shade off. Ah life why are you doing this D;

Actually, the larger flights have to work harder to gain dominance. The smaller the flight is, the less dragons they have to exalt to win.

Um... No? The larger the flight is, the more dragons you have to exalt. Water flight doesnt have as many members as our flight, so they will have to buy and breed more dragons if they want to catch up with us...

Smaller the members, easier to have a higher ratio, because it's easier to exalt more than what their userbase is, even if they have access to less dragons.

Right, just learned it's not really great to have only one Magi dragon in a team. I had 2 Wind and 1 Lightning dragon, Light monsters came in and PWN'd my Wind ones. I should probably work on Intellect with that Lightning one instead of strength...
