Let's be honest here. The vast majority of Rare staff from their Nintendo subsidiary days have long since moved on. Would you REALLY want the team behind the Kinect Sports games making a Banjo-Kazooie game? I sure wouldn't. I wouldn't trust any studio under Microsoft's thumb to make Banjo-Kazooie. <.<
