Okay, I understand where both sides are coming from so I'm just gonna:
Eevee did overreact but I understand that people make mistakes. Windemup apologized for making the topic that offended her. I may have missed it but I haven't seen an apology from Eevee for anything. She may be eight but she honestly should not expect people to forgive her and apologize when she hasn't offered an apology herself.
She could have just as easily offended the users who she blocked in the incident. She should apologize them as they are apologizing to her.
though there's a big chance that i just missed her apologizing because i just skimmed the topics *rolls into the sunset*
