I'm in the Chicago area. I found this at a Dominicks. They had a ton of the regular promo bags but only a few of these ones.

It's got a number to call to then have a text sent to you with a link to a "Frito Lay 3D App". I tried to call the number but its a **(star star) number and I couldn't get it to go through.
