Both Kyurems are supposed to be only obtainable as pre-order bonus. As such, under normal circumstances, any given person should be able to only get 1 of either Kyurem. Getting both proving interesting much less getting multiple of either Kyurem.

The Kyurems are in a special Pokeball different than the others (lacks a bar code). This means getting them is a 50/50 chance. Chances of getting two of the same between them are high.

Then that means the one you went to was selling a box of only Kyurems. Any of the regular figures have a barcode sticker on the plastic wrap around the ball.

No, they announced that they will be running a site called Gotta Catch 'Em All, based on the classic catchphrase that has started to make a return on various merchandise and advertising, and the site features a special promotion. One of my friends said that a new Eeveelution was discovered, called Toxeon. Supposedly, it is Poison. Not sure how much I am supposed to believe though.

Apparently the Overworld of X and Y will be 2D only, and battles 3D. (Not 2D Sprites but you know). The Demo did not allow the overworld as 3D, and battles did. Plus the recent trailer said "Some areas of Gameplay 2D" or something like that. If this is the case, I am uninterested :c
