I went to the orthodontist and I'm qualified to get braces. They'll last to a year and half or 2 years.

i was stuck with those things for 6 or 7 years because my dentist didn't know what the hell he was doing.

I was stuck with that dentist until I moved and by then I had to wear them and other dental appliances for longer in order to reverse the damage done by the first dentist

needless to say i was pissed

It'll go by quickly. Just do what you gotta do. smilie I've never had braces myself but whenever I get something I don't want to wear or use, I forget its presence and life becomes easier!

Most people I've known (including myself) have needed work down from the orthodontist. Just as long as follow all the guidelines he or she gives you, you should be just fine. Eventually you barely notice the braces are there. <.<

I could get braces, but apparently it's not necesary. And considering my family needs to save a lot of money at the moment, I'm volunteering not to get them until I'm a lot older <.<
