No proof as of yet that GS is getting them. I think Game Stop has been shafted by Activision and will get them sometime next week. EBGames is getting them. The fact that EBGames is selling them for the same price as other stores ($14.99) and GS will be selling them for $15.99 tells me they are handling things differently

GameStop has been getting them in. It's in-stock on their website, ans some stores have him.

I just saw a box at Toys R Us in Huntington Beach, California. My son asked if he could get 1 and the worker told us it has a release date of 9/22/2013. He tried selling it to us but the system wouldn't allow it. I have 1 preordered at LameStop and they keep giving me the run around (they keep telling me different dates, latest is October 1st). I'll get it eventually but not gonna run around this time to find chase figures.

I'm going to check on the way into work as I've been working on an emergency issue at home this morning.

Well, the market price right now is floating around $20 on eBay and even Amazon, so if you really need to have this figure then you can get him without breaking the bank.

I got them! Though I got the feeling they'd have sold them anyway. I gave them appropriate feedback on the receipt survey if that is worth anything. Honestly it is less than 5 minutes from work and near the bank. I've just seen too much shiftiness at that one to ever go back at this point.
