Here's how it goes. by knowing/seeing what the above users interests and activities are, you give them a phobia that would make the life difficult and unbearable.

For example, If the above user owns many cats, getting ailurophobia would drive them insane.

Hopefully this works...

EDIT: You can also (if you want to) say how you could change and live with this fear. These should also be real phobias to make it slightly more "authentic."
